Well if this manga DBZ I don't think they can win, if we use anime they have a change(speed wise) as far as destructive capacity goes however and energy output i think the DBZ Charatcers hod, the advantage. In conclusion manga wise-DBZ Charatcers would most likely lose(unless Asuras combat speed is below lightspeed) Anime wise-DBZ wins. |

Fat Janemba will be the minimal needed he could just create copies of Asura's best fighters and let em all kill each other imo. |

True but that Chakra God and Asura's final state might be enough to possibly rival Ultimate Gohan or SSJ3 Gotenks. |

Currently in the process of reviewing all of the cutscenes in the game so I'll just leave this here for right now. This is what I've gathered. - Skip to 10:30 to see the first speed feat. Dodging lasers in Outer Space. - 33:50 "12,000 years is nothing to a demi-god like Asura." Note it took him 12,000 years to climb Naraka in his first death. - 43:30. Doesn't from having that bigass guy cannonball on him. - 44:40. Sends the same dude flying into the air with his strength. - 46:15. Sends the guy into space with his punch. - 47:30. THIS IS THE GUY WHO GOT PUNCHED INTO SPACE'S TRANSFORMATION. - 48:40-51:10. ...do I need to explain why this is impressive? - Just something that occurs after the above feat. He fights right after, after losing all his arms and only fights with his legs. So he's not staying down. - 1:26:23-1:27:00. Dodges a laser at point blank range - 1:40:35. Asura is fighting on the moon, proving that he doesn't need to breath oxygen. - 1:40:00-1:48:00 Asura survives getting impaled by a sword that extends far longer than the size of the moon and survives re-entry into Earth's atmosphere, and then without arms kills his opponent. - 1:51:10-1:59:40. Make of that what you will. He literally changed the fricken weather conditions. Also if you recall the girl, she remembered seeing the blast happen in less than 5 seconds. She saw him run in and then the explosion happened, some food for thought. - 2:00:50. Remember how it took him 12,000 years to climb Naraka in his first death? Well considering that girl hasn't aged a bit, he climbed it within minutes. -2:07:35-2:08:35. From his rage he explodes with power. Causing shockwaves that can be felt all the way in orbit. -2:09:33-2:11:00. A cool part that I thought should be considered. -Something of note, in the following chapter opener, the narrator comments that Asura had matched the power it took the 7 deities 12,000 years to obtain. So far, nothing that should worry the likes of Saiyajin arc Vegeta. Goku and Vegeta have dodged lasers before. Base Vegeta does so in Battle of Gods. Lasers shouldn't be used to claim someone is light speed or FTL. I'm gonna assume Asura is planet+ so he's anywhere from Scouter Vegeta to Nail I'd say. |

So wait...I shouldn't use laser to claim Asura's reactions are FTL, yet they show the speed to be easily FTL. But you can use Vegeta and them dodging lasers as proof of it when the lasers used haven't even shown the speed? |

From what I've seen of the demo he would definitely be more powerful than them in strength not sure about speed. Hand to hand I think he'd win against basically everyone in DBZ but his energy attacks as far as I've seen don't compare, however he can survive in space fine so could just leave whatever planet was going to explode, most characters couldn't really follow him(or survive after blowing up a planet for that matter) As for Janemba his reality warping isn't absolute it was never shown that he can copy someone stronger than base Goku and his blade that cuts through everything couldn't cut Goku in half, his reality warping is clearly limited. Add to that that it's Super Janemba who uses the blade so his powers should be even greater but failed to cut Goku up with a direct hit. Fighting them all at once, Asura takes at least half of them, in a gauntlet he'd probably only start struggling around Super Buu level attack power but Fat Buu would be hard to beat with regen. Even in a gauntlet though unless he found no way to beat the Buu's I think he'd get up to Vegito or Buuhan, Buu has more of a chance since he can blow everything up without suffocating in space and regenerates. Beating the big blue guy is an immense feat, anyone who isn't looking at that video or hasn't seen it the guy is way WAY bigger than a planet and pushes his finger, which is like the size of a country at the tip on to Asura as hard as he can his finger also gets super heated through entering the atmosphere so that's another consideration. As much a durability feat as it is a strength one. |

Ah, gotcha. Update: skipped the third hour and got to the fourth to save some time. Around 3:45:00 or so it is stated that Asura's body cannot contain the anger that swells within his body. So he is brought to the Mantra Reactor and is infused with it, allowing him to utilise the full extent of his anger. |

Here's the game changer. Skip to 4:16:00. Not only does the person fire a blast that completely vaporises a planet, it consumed it whole. Next up was Earth in line, Asura powered up and became larger than the Earth. The Earth fits on his chest. He was unharmed by the blast. We have definite proof now that Asura is Planet+ Skip to 4:25:20. He punches either through reality or a Dimension. Take your pick. Skip to 4:28:30-4:29:00 this is the guy he faces. People like Janemba should be no problem. Skip to 4:30:13. He punches through an energy blast and completely destroys it. Edited by Goddess Ultimecia, Jan 12 2014, 10:23 PM.

Asura would crush base Saiyans. Throw in fusions, either the dance or the potara earrings, Z-fighters might have a chance. Asura vs Bills or, like someone said, fat Janemba the battle field is a bit more fairer. For comparisons, if it can be counted, Capcom did a crossover thing and pitted Asura against Ryu consumed by Dark Hado, with akuma who later turns into Oni Akuma taking over after a while, with the latter seeming to put up a more equal fight (damn that ending when they both turn to stone, crazy!). After just seeing Asura punch through either a reality or Dimension and literally destroy a blast by punching it into nothingness, I don't think anyone in Z can handle him. |
